For the correct software installation/update system, the client PC must be able to reach the following DOMAINS on ports 80 (http) and 443 (https):
- lblsetup.accasoftware.com
- setup.accasoftware.com
- secure.accasoftware.com
- download2.accasoftware.com
- www.acca.it
- www.accasoftware.com
NOTE
If the application, for example an antivirus, requires the insertion of a URL, the addresses must be in the form http://DOMAIN and https://DOMAIN (for each domain in the list above).
If the application requires the inclusion of only the DOMAIN, these will be inserted as they are in the list (without adding anything).
If the application requires the DOMAIN and port to be entered, these will be entered as they are in the list, adding ports 80 and 443 for each.
IN THE PRESENCE OF THE
PROXY If a Server-Proxy is configured for the network, you must set the access data for the ACCA programs.
To configure the proxy, simply use the "ACCA-Proxy" program located in "C:\ACCA\.Common\ACCAProxy\"; by running the file" ACCAProxy.exe " you can enter access data to allow the software to download the files for installation from the ACCA-Servers.
If the "ACCAProxy" program is not present on your computer, you can proceed as follows:
create an *.ini file called "Config.ini" in the folder "C:\ACCA\_ConfigStore" (if not already present, you have to create the entire path), you will have:
C:\ACCA\_ConfigStore\Config.ini
The "Config.ini" file must contain, under the [Proxy] section, the following parameters:
ExistProxy
- Accepts the values "0" and "1". If "0" will not be used proxy settings, if "1" will be used proxy settings
Host
- Proxy Host or IP
Port
- Proxy Port
Username
- Username used for authentication on the proxy
Password
- Password used for proxy authentication
An example of "Config.ini" is:
[Proxy]
ExistProxy=1
Host=192.168.1.12
Port=20
Username=test
Password=test
The settings will be loaded the first time you open the installation setup, so if they are changed you have to close and reopen the setup.
If the Setup installation opens on screen, you can also set the proxy data directly from the Setup window; you must access the 'Proxy settings...', from the "tools" button located at the top left of the Setup window and indicate the data that allows access to the Internet.
If the installation setup does not start despite setting the proxy access data, type the following link in the address bar:
http://download2.accasoftware.com/test.txt
If the connection occurs regularly, the word "OK" will appear; this indicates that the data entered for the use of the proxy is correct and that therefore there is another type of block that prevents the installation of the program (Antivirus and/or other).
